REP05- Repair and Update of UTP05 (Atlas IT) Information:
If your UTP05 (Atlas IT) has failed and is out of warranty, or you think you may have had an accident with it then don't worry, we can repair it for you.

Full Repair Consists of:
Hardware repair (repair and/or replacement parts).
Firmware update (if applicable) to the latest version (R4.0).
Full test.
12 month warranty for the repair work.

If you are sending your unit to us from outside the UK, it is vital that the package is clearly marked with:
"Inward processing relief - Temporary Export - Item returning to factory for service."
